Blended Learning
Have you ever heard of blended learning?
Blended learning is is a blend between learning in the classroom face-to-face and learning using technology, this could be completely online or in the classroom using technology as a tool.
It's a new way to adapt students to the technology our society is inheriting, but most importantly it's giving the students more control of their personal learning at an independent pace and schedule.
The diagram above shows you exactly what each style of learning must entail for blended learning to be effective. Although there are several things that must happen correctly by students, and teachers for blended learning to be effective the work is worth it. Blended learning overall provides a base for teachers to reach the individualized needs of every student within their classroom which is why I plan to use it in my classroom. So with that being said you might ask well how do I get to blended learning?

An outline of Blended Learning
- Define learning challenge, objective
- In every type of lesson you must provide the main learning objective to know what you want the students to know in the end.
- Define how to get there, outline, learning plan, characterize
- How are you going to get the students to reach that objective? Here the lesson plan has to be developed clearly how the objective is going to be reached. Characterize the lesson by exploring tech tools or other ways to implement a good, interactive and effective lesson.
- Implement, develop content with tech tools or face-to-face
- What tools are going to be used and how are you going to implement them into the lesson?
- Track progress, progress monitoring, measure results
- Have a clear outline, rubric, or strategy on how to progress monitor the individual student based on their progress and results of the lesson.

Overall this post is great! I liked how you added the picture to clarify your point and help visually show how blended learning works. It also helped that you added an outline of how to use blended learning in your classroom. It is helpful to start with your objectives which you stated was the first step of the outline and I liked that in the outline you added questions but I would add a few more. Some questions I would add are what resources or technology do I have access to? What tools would be most effective for my students and will challenge them but not defeat them? Finally, how does the technology enhance my lesson? Great blog and it was helpful for understanding blended learning.
